Emails ending in your domain name are in the hands of your hosting company, like Hostpapa or WP Cloud. It happens that sometimes your emails come through as spam, so make sure to contact them about how to avoid that.


An alternative is setting up Office 365 or G-suite to get around this. They will help you set up the proper records in your hosting cPanel.
